Netmail 5.x Outlook Add-In
Cannot access archives with the Outlook Add-In. The Archive button is missing from the Outlook client. When logging into Outlook with the Netmail Archive Add-In installed, a prompt similar to the screenshot below is generated:
If trace logging is enabled, the log gives the following error after accessing the URL: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."
This is an common issue when proxy servers are configured, even for LAN traffic.
In Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN Settings > Proxy Server area, uncheck the option to use a proxy server for the LAN:
