NetGovern Archive 6.3+

Historically, Netmail has been preoccupied with email; migration, archiving, retraction, eDiscovery, etc. The Netmail brand served the company well in this respect for many years. However innovation cannot stand still and the software offering has gradually crept into adjacent facets of Information Governance: file crawlers, sensitive information detection, access rights reporting, information life-cycle management, and so on. To better represent this expansion of technologies, we have branded as NetGovern. This new brand has adopted a different color (ultra-violet) and comes with new graphics. Version 6.3 of the software will be the edition to bring this new branding to our clients. Find more information about these changes, see below. You can also refer to NetGovern documentation.

Archive Access Portal

The Netmail Search web page is now NetGovern Search.

If you are a case manager or auditor, after login you are accustomed to be prompted for which role you'd like to proceed.
This prompt has now changed to be graphical, as opposed to a pick-list style:

If you don't have any additional roles assigned to your account, you will be automatically directed to your own archives as before:

Outlook Add-in

Thematic changes also extend to the end-user software. If the organization has deployed the Outlook Add-in, once this is updated to the version from v6.3, end users will receive new NetGovern graphics to match the back-end.
